Pay2All (“Pay2All”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you use the Pay2All website, mobile app and services, including mobile & DTH recharge, bill payments, AEPS, UTI PAN, account balance and travel booking.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you transact, and limited information collected automatically. This includes:
- Identity & contact details: name, mobile number, email, address and, where required for KYC, PAN, Aadhaar reference and date of birth.
- Transaction data: recharges, bill payments, AEPS, PAN applications, balance top-ups, bookings, amounts, timestamps and reference numbers.
- Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and pages or features used, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- For retailers/agents: business details, bank account for settlement, and documents submitted during onboarding.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate the services, including to:
- Process transactions, settle balances and confirm recharges, bills, AEPS, PAN and bookings.
- Verify identity, perform KYC and prevent fraud, money laundering and misuse.
- Provide customer support, send transaction receipts, and important service notifications.
- Improve, secure and personalise the platform, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. AEPS, PAN and Sensitive Data
Aadhaar-based authentication for AEPS is processed through authorised banking and NPCI channels; we do not store your Aadhaar number or biometrics beyond what is permitted and necessary to complete a transaction.
PAN application data is submitted to UTIITSL / the relevant authority solely to process your application. Sensitive financial information is handled in line with applicable law and payment-network standards.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the services:
- With banks, NPCI, billers, payment gateways, UTIITSL and travel suppliers to complete your transactions.
- With service providers who support our operations (hosting, analytics, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
- With regulators, law enforcement or courts where required by law, and with your consent where applicable.
5. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard safeguards, including AES-256 encryption, encrypted credentials, access controls and continuous monitoring, and we operate to PCI-DSS aligned practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continually to protect your information.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal and transaction information for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to comply with legal, tax, audit and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing and opt out of marketing communications.

Pay2All is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
