These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pay2All website, mobile application and services. By creating an account or using Pay2All, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Pay2All. You agree to provide accurate information, complete any required KYC, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Services
Pay2All provides a platform for mobile & DTH recharge, bill payments, AEPS, UTI PAN services, account balance, and travel booking (flights, hotels and buses). Services are facilitated in partnership with banks, NPCI, billers, UTIITSL, payment gateways and travel suppliers. Availability of any service may change without notice.
3. Balance & Payments
Your Pay2All account balance may be loaded via approved payment methods and used to pay for services. Account balances are non-interest bearing. You authorise Pay2All to debit your balance for transactions you initiate and applicable fees. Transaction limits may apply as per our policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Retailer & Agent Terms
If you register as a retailer, distributor or agent, you additionally agree to conduct transactions only for genuine customers, comply with KYC/AML norms, and not misuse AEPS, PAN or other services. Commissions and settlements are governed by your plan and may be revised with notice. Pay2All may suspend accounts involved in suspicious or non-compliant activity.
5. Fees & Commissions
Certain services carry fees, and retailers may earn commissions. Applicable fees and commissions are displayed or communicated before or at the time of a transaction and are subject to change.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts or systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the services or introduce malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity or use another person's Aadhaar, PAN or payment details without authority.
7. Transactions, Refunds & Cancellations
Recharges and bill payments are generally instant and final once successful. Failed transactions are auto-reversed to your balance. Travel bookings are subject to the fare rules, cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline, hotel or bus operator. Please review our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
The Pay2All name, logo, software and content are owned by Pay2All or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission. Retailers using white-label features receive a limited licence as set out in their plan.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay2All disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, billers, networks or third-party suppliers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay2All's total liability for any claim arising out of the services shall not exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. Pay2All is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or where required by law or our partners. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of outstanding balances.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at your registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
